TREVOR SEIBERT, PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER

Trevor has been the President and General Manager of Lake Excavating Ltd., since 1996 when along with Kari Gertzen and Rick Seibert, he purchased the Company. Trevor has been working in the construction industry most of his adult life as Lake Excavating Ltd., was started by his father in 1964.

Skills and Experience:

· over 10 years experience owning and operating a construction company
· over 17 years experience operating all types of heavy duty construction equipment
· over 10 years experience working within logging and forestry industry.
· over 14 years experience tendering projects that vary in nature, size and manpower

KARI GERTZEN, VICE PRESIDENT/OFFICE MANAGER

Kari has been the Vice President and Financial Manager of Lake Excavating Ltd., since 1996, when along with Trevor and Rick Seibert, she purchased the Company. Kari has been the office manager at Lake Excavating Ltd., since 1989. Kari has been familiar with the construction industry over the years as her father started the company in 1964.

Skills and Experience:

· 13 years experience managing the financial aspects of a construction company
· 13 years experience managing the bonding, progress billings, insurance requirements and all other bookkeeping related functions associated with contracted projects that vary in size, nature and manpower
· 13 years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits, banking, accounting and legal functions that constitute the day to day operations of a company
· A natural ability to be innovative within the corporate structure and with various customer’s billing requirements over the years
· Always eager to learn new and more efficient methods of operation
· Excellent knowledge of computer accounting system
· 5 years experience prior to 1990 within the banking community both as a commercial loans manager and commercial teller

Rick has been with Lake Excavating Ltd. since 1984 at which time he was a heavy equipment operator. Rick was promoted to foreman within a short time and in 1986 when he purchased a small percentage of Lake Excavating Ltd.; he became the Site Operations Manager.

· over 17 years experience operating heavy duty construction equipment
· over 14 years experience as a foreman
· over 14 years experience supervising a crew of equipment operators and labourers
· excellent working relationship with customers
