The Site:

The Meadows is the only land lease community with both architectural and landscape guidelines in Whitecourt, AB.  This 10-plus acre community features a large water feature with the capacity for 65 graded lots.  Lake Excavating has been involved in developing The Meadows for Avion Developments Inc. over the past few years.
